My latest paper cut. A concept piece called 'Picasso Paints Picasso Paints Picasso"
Picasso drew a self portrait in charcoal. I placed a photo of Picasso into his self-portrait canvas and then created a paper cut from this.
I like it because Picasso liked to "flatten" his images with everything (eyes/ears/nose/face/arms/palette/etc on one plane. So I made the portrait that he is painting appear to be coming out of the page in 3D.
